India
When we think of famine, we probably think of a country with little economic growth and resources, overcrowded villages and drought. This pretty much sums up the situation in India and these problems date all the way back to before 1,000 A.D.. India is a country that has been cursed with bad luck, weather wise and its dense population is not helping. If India were a country with steady economic growth and income of money the weather would not be as critical, but India being a country dependent on its agriculture weather is a problem. Fortunately there are people around like Mother Theresa who are more than willing to help out in situations like these but it is up to the bigger, more developed countries to help make a difference when drought strikes India again.
