Try the Sahovski Informator for a start--
it has chess phrases in many tongues.
For the German names of chess pieces,
simply look in a German-English dictionary.
Here are a few: Rook = der Turm,
Knight = Der Springer Pawn = der Bauer
Bishop = Lauefer.
