To Jennie: It's a lot of experiences I have about your subjects. In 1980 f.e. we made several interesting tests. After 22 two hours sessions with audiovisual material classes from may to november (boys and girls 8-13 years beginners) with Visual Memory (12% increases) and Toulouse-Piéron test (32% incr.) showed relevant considered results improving atention and concentration parameters. In later years I continued working with the later T-P which I consider successful to analyse attention forms. Still I use it with chessplayers or students. Specific chess tests I have in www.seric.es/elpuerto. See them , but they are old interesting researchs. Now I am working on specific chess abilities linked to mind abilities. It will be too long. I want to know your works! and exchange experiences. I am IM ICCF about 2400 and manage a Nat. Annual Chess Teachers Congress. Yours!
