Dear friends: answering Charles Gelman about me I must say: I am an IM (ICCF) from Argentina who spent 25 years teaching chess kids in Buenos Aires and Chubut province where I live. Every year I manage a national Chess teachers congress at Necochea with a lot of principal chess teachers and masters in the country (and an annual chess children festival here -supposedly next february an international team t), I experimented all kind subjects involving chess. As player I had 2220 Elo in national tournaments, as journalist I was in K-K match in Baguio and Merano for a newspaper from B.A., as postal I was 2 times panamerican team champ. and IM etc, I am now developing another project in a school and many other s at my youth teams. We are trying subjects about chess skills related to mind abilities and prove them. With my best older pupils who are now best teachers in B.A. we have many intended subjects about chess evaluation. You can look something old tests at www. seric.es/elpuerto in Spain. What I want? I live in Patagonia and very isolated and with national federation authorities more. They don't work for kids or anything serious despite they are in FIDE commission for chess in schools and I criticize them. I have many exercises, writings, projects, etc, etc to share with you and those who want to look deep in chess to develop children. Now we are enforcing our project values related to maths in school, lateral thinking and their evaluations. Will be great to work toghether. I have many things all in spanish and my language is not so extensive in english (better in french!). Then difficult to translate.
