Is the answer to the problem 13 1.Rh1?
if KxR then Kc2 and we wait for him (Kc1-c2-c1...)to make any moves with the a-pawn his heart desires until black realizes that he must move the h-pawn and then we take it and make a queen on h8 with checkmate.
Does anyone disagree?
