Dear Charlie:

Here you go:

Cochran, AJ, Science and Golf: 1st World Scientific Congress (1990);

Cochran, AJ, Science and Golf: 2nd World Scientific Comgress (1994);

Cochran, AJ, Search for the Perfect Swing (1968)

Daish, CD, Physics of Ball Games (1972) (good)

Jorgenson, Theodore, The Physics of Golf (1994) (good)

Frohlich, Cliff, Physics of Sports: Selected Reprints (1986)

Frohlich, Cliff, Resource Letter PS-1: Physics of Sports, Am J Physics, vol. 54, no. 7, Jul. 1986, pp 590-53.

Pelz, David, Putt Like the Pros: Dave pelz's Scientific Way to Improve Your Putting (1989) (not much physics discussed)

Templeton, HA, Vector Putting: The Art and Science of Reading Greens and Computing Break (1984) (good for reading greens)

Zumerchick, John, Encyclopedia of Sports Science, 2 vols. (1997).

These books are usually only available in a university library, and some only through interlibrary loan, but the Pelz and Jorgenson books are often in stock at Borders and brnes & Noble. Good luck.
: I have to do a research paper on the Physics of golf. If anyone knows any books or magazines to read please email me with the information. Thank you so much.
