Portugal

The Republic of Portugal is the westernmost country in Europe. Portugal covers an area a little larger than the state of Maine. The country is famous for its port and Madeira wines, its sardines, its cork, and its citrus fruits. The capital of Portugal is Lisbon. Portugal's population is 10,524,000.
