BodyQuest Tour: Stop 4
Reproductive System
No form of life would survive if it could not perform reproduction, the task of creating more of the same kind. In animals there are two kinds of reproduction: asexual reproduction, which only has one parent, and sexual reproduction in which there are two parents. The human uses sexual reproduction.

Reproductive System
Your reproductive system is the system inside you that enables you to play your part in child birth. If you are a female then that means actually giving birth to a child, if you are a male it means providing the sperm to make that child possible.

The reproductive system is composed of many different organs in females and males. In the male body, it consists of the penis, and the testes. The testes are the principal organ, used in the creation of sperm, the male reproductive cell. The penis is the organ that deposits the sperm into the female body.
The female reproductive system is compsed of the ovaries, the womb, where the unborn child develops, and the where the penis enters the female body during sexual intercourse.
