Sports in Koinae differ from sports on Earth, because of the difference in gravity and the fact that all sports must be played in doors. Because of this limitation, most popular sports on Earth are not played in Koinae. Wrestling and tennis are nearly the only Earth sports played in Koinae. Due to the incompatibility of Koinae with most Earth sports, most sports played by the colonists are ones designed by the colonists themselves. One sport made up by the colonists is called net ball. Players hit a medium sized ball into a net, which bounces back to the wall behind the hitter and then bounces back over the net. The opposing side then hits the ball into the net and things occur in the same way they did on the serve. The object of the game is to get the ball to hit the floor on your opponent's side ten times. The game is played with one ball to every six people; it gets more complicated (and more fun) when more than six people are playing.
