Welcome to the Geography Sphere!
It is the responsibility of this sphere to explore the Martian
terrain and map out the frontier. They are
also responsible for analyzing the mineralic make up of the various
rocks on Mars. In the Main Entrance of
this sphere hangs a very large map of the Martian terrain.
From the Main Entrance, you can also reach the
Department of Martian Vehicles. On another
level is the Martian Weather Service. They
forcast and study the Martian weather to further understand how it
works. Finally, the Geography Sphere also communicates with the
Carl Sagan Memorial Station, a probe
launched in 1996 to land on Mars in 1997. The station continues to
analyze rock samples and send back photos of the Martian terrain.
