While standard size rows and columns work for many assignments, not all can conform. It is in this situation that the skills to change the predefined size is necessary. In order to change column width, many simple moves must be followed. 1. Move the cursor to the top of the column where the letter headings are located. 2. Then move the cursor to the right edge until it changes from an arrow to a vertical line. 3. When it becomes a line, click and drag to the new size. 4. Repeat the steps for rows, except move the cursor to the number headings until the arrow changes into a horizontal line. | For more information on Microsoft Excel 95 and to receive the latest updates, go to the MS Excel Homepage. |
