3. A man lives on the top floor of an eleven story building. Every day he gets in the elevator and takes it to the bottom floor, where he leaves the building and catches a bus. However, when he returns he catches the lift to the seventh floor and walks the rest of the way. Why? (He does not need exercise and is perfectly fit).
