I am very new at this html crowd & I am trying to teach myself. I just started a few days again and feel that I am doing fine over all. I am simply trying one thing at a time. I am trying to get my heading to BLINK and for some reason I can't. Would someone please help me? The sight I am working on is a sight for my class (I'm a teacher) it is at schoolnotes.com use zip code 73110 and find Thompson Becki. I am trying to get Thompson Time to Blink.
