I am looking for resources/information on a program for post-retirement enrollment in college courses known as House Bill 60. A legislative act relating to tuition free or low cost auditing of college classes for senior citizens. There are 23 states that have enacted this program and yet there is very little information on it. If you have ANYTHING or can steer me in the right direction, I would really appreciate it.
