For those who are interested, the programs that were used in creating LinkAge 2000: Adobe Photoshop 4.0 for Windows 95, GIF Construction Kit, Soundforge 3.0 for x86, RealAudio Encoder, the tried-and-true Windows Notepad for ALL HTML coding, Corel Gallery 2, and Corel People of the World CD.
LinkAge 2000 proudly displays the Web Access symbol indicating compliance with guidelines for accessibility to people with disabilities.

The Creators
The team leader, Jeffrey Light, will be attending Brandeis University in Boston, Mass., USA starting in the Fall of 1997. LinkAge 2000 marks Jeffrey's second ThinkQuest entry. Jeffrey has been designing web p ages for the past three years.
Damien Fisher currently attends Canberra Grammar School in ACT, Australia. A veteran progammer, he has been writing code for the last seven years.
Team member Vishwa Chandra is a 12th grade student at DPS R K Puram in New Delhi India. Linkage 2000 proved to be his first close interaction with the internet but he promises that it will not be his last. He will be attending college in the United States next year.

ThinkQuest
ThinkQuest® is an educational adventure which encourages students around the world to build Web pages that help them -- and other students -- prepare for the 21st century. More than a contest, it represents a new model for learning and teaching.
ThinkQuest helps students bring their classroom subjects alive for themselves and students everywhere. Already immersed in multimedia and interactivity, students apply a different learning perspective that truly engages and excites other students. In buil ding ThinkQuest Entries, they learn to harness the power of the Internet, while also creating a valuable library of Internet educational materials for use online, in the classroom, and at home.

LinkAge 2000 would not have been possible without the support and guidance of the following people: Lillian Light (the voice of Margaret Mead), Hannah Galvin (voice of Maggie Kuhn), Craig Cooley (Head Coach), Enid Light (moral support), Dr. Jotwani (for agreeing to be interviewed), Dr. Mary H arper (for sharing her life experience through an interview), Dr Adam Rustowski (for agreeing to be interviewed), all of the professionals in the aging field who consented to being interviewed.
