Learning Spirit and Teacher's Professionalism
Even if the facilities are able to suffice, there is still another burden in Indonesia educational system. It is the lack of student’s enthusiasm and the teacher’s professionalism that has not become better yet. It is not a strange thing if there are some students who have not realized how important the education is for their future. For example, there are some students who say that they will go to school to their parents, but the truth is they go to the game center, or even shopping mall. It becomes more serious with the lack of teacher’s professionalism. In fact, there are still some teachers who use the orthodox and conventional studying method. They are also not conservative and not open to receive their student’s opinion.
Because of that, we need a reconstruction in every single part so that the school will be able to achieve the qualified humans, who enable to compete in global competition, and also have responsibility of their morals and behaviors
