About our project:

Our team thinks that there is no excuse for not leading a healthy life. There is no such thing as not having time to stay healthy, eat healthy, or live healthy.
A healthy lifestyle can lead to a longer life! And a longer life can lead to more opportunities to see children grow up and have grand children and such! Let's look at some things we can do to prolong our lives.

-If you want to have a really healthy way of living we recommend you pay attention to all little habbits in your everyday life. We also recommend to keep a "Food Diary", which consists of evrything you've eaten that day.

Let us point out a few popular bad habbits:

-Unhealthy alimentation:fats, chemicals, salt and junk food of course. all thesemust soonly dissapear from your everyday diet.
-Sedentary life-if you have a schedule that implies sitting down a lot at the desk and if you always drive to your office, then you definetly have to change your attitude.
