teachers highly educated

Students cannot study alone just with their friends.They need a leader which is teachers.The teachers must be highly educated.why?it because, nowdays,children have many kind of character that unique.teacher have to be handle their children if they act something wrong.so,teacher required not just educational person but psicologycal required, high technology and have a social soul.we hire teacher not just local teacher but international teachers too.so students can get many advantages there to increasing their talent of education and languages.
