Combine this useful information in a logical way, and then compose it to be a persuading material and publish it. It can be powerful publicity materials.
（3） Distribute the materials. Organize the volunteers of the community to distribute the materials in the street or into every family of the community. It is a useful way to tell people the harmfulness of the lack of water and the pollution of the water.

1. The ways of setting up a water-saving society
（1）Ensure the total water in our country in a magnificent way and
（2）Take some legal, engineering, economical, administrative, scientific and technological measures in a comprehensive way to control the use of the water.
（3）To realize the effective use of the water, work out the rules of transferring the right of using water, set up market of transferring the right of using water, allow citizens to transfer the right of using water if they paid.
（4）Anyone who use the water can take part in managing.
2．Some problems should be paid attention when set up the water-saving society.
（1）Government should play a leading role
（2）Water-saving society should be built in any place, whether it is a place where lack of water or where is full of water or not.
（3）Combine water-saving and water pollution-cleaning together.

Family
1. Before class, the students are asked to work out how much water they are used in their daily life. For example, face and teeth washing, drinking, eating, bathing and so on.
2. How much water is used in your family?
a. How much water is used in your family every month?
A family often need about 15-25 tons water every month, which is much more than personal use. What is the reason?
b. in which aspect that the family waste the water? The students discuss, research, and observe: bathing, washing… The water should be used more than once and recycled.

Community
（1）Saving water has been raised in our country very early. It is supposed that saving water means saving money, but why is the use of water so large? Some companies which waste much water and caused severe pollution are forced to be closed in our country. However there are still many companies draining off the polluted water into the river. What cause this phenomenon? This situation urge us to do some research and practice, analyze the causes of these problems, and work out the effective solutions.
Causes of the large use of the water
1. Citizens do not realize the importance of saving water. The government pays too little attention to punishing those who waste water. The media pays so little attention to advertising the importance of saving water but when they find that they have to put the used water from here to there ,or from there to here to wash the toilet or water the flowers, they feel it so waste time and energy that they would waste water rather than waste money to do those work.
2. Some cleaning equipment people used in daily life are not well designed, which are a waste of water themselves.
