To Conserve Electricity,To Protect Our World

1.Essential question or problem that this project addresses: What can we do after “Earthhour”?

2.Curriculum standards: Students will know the pernicious influence on the atmosphere caused by mankind's activity. They will be aware of importance of protecting the atmosphere.

3.Expected outcomes:
(1) Students will know the activity and the meaning of the “Earthhour. ” And then they will understand the consciousness of saving electricity and protecting the atmosphere.
(2) Students keep knowing the importance of saving the electric resource by counting and estimating which come from observations and interview, discussion, intercommunion and making a survey on wasting the electric resource.
(3) Make a suggestion,which including report,powerpoint and written proposal, on saving the electric resource, protecting the atmosphere, reducing the discharge amount of carbon in daily life.

4. Required resources: computer, internet, digital camera, movable storage device.

5. How will this project help the class, school, community or world?It can help students to be more responsible for enviroment and to propagate the logos of the enviromental protection.
