CHILDREN ARE THE MOST PRECIOUS RESOURCES
We the children are the most precious resources of this world and should be taken good care of. But can you imagine how many children across the world have a good and conducive atmosphere to grow up? Children of today face many risks. While children in some places sufferdue to hunger, children in some other places suffer due to many other social problems. Countries all over the world should come together for this common cause and try their best to allot enough funds for the health, education and security of these precious resources of the future that will be responsible to handle the challenges in the world. Their upbringing, moral emotional and physical are very important. Broken homes, exposure to criminal activities, violence, sexual abuse and many other dangerous trends set in the society are creating impediments to the healthy growth of these young minds. Delinquency, crime, mentalillness, addiction etc are some of the negative trends of these youngsters. So it is the duty of older members in the society to cater to this need. Let us break across the barriers of countries and come together for this cause.
According to the survey conducted at the US statistics reveal that 15% of the 16- to 19-year-old population was "at risk for never reaching their potential, at risk of being lost in society.” Isn’t it shocking to hear It is also found that a juvenile crime wave which has never been seen so far will occur over the next decade. This is because of lack of proper atmosphere at home and in the society. It is found that in Us alone around 30% grow up in single-parent homes, most without fathers, with 20% raised in poverty, It is also predicted that the 4,000 murders by teenagers in 1995 will skyrocket as the 39,000,000 kids under age 10 grow and increase by 20% the portion of the population in the teen years in the first decade of the 21st century. All these surveys increase the responsibility the world towards this cause.
