AIR-THE SECRET OF LIFE ON EARTH
Air is very important resource to support our life.The air covers our Earth like a blanket and protects us from ultra-violet rays of the sun, but the ozone layer which protects us from harmful radiation of the sun is now slowly decreasing due to Global Warming.Our climate is changing and it is largely due to human action.The Nobel peace prize 2007 awarded to Algore and the intergovernmental panel on climate change is very timely. It mainly highlights about the climatic change due to Greenhouse gases.It consist of carbon- di- oxide , methane and nitrous oxide which trapes heat and does’nt allow it to go to the space it is largely due to human activities since 1750.
