CONSERVATION OF PRECIOUS RESOURCES-FORESTS
Our forests are our most important resources in because they contain everything we need to make this world a better place to live in. So taking care of this treasure is the duty of every one of us. Isn’t it a great wonder that so many wild animals and the forests that shelter them have withstood centuries of destructive exploitation. Today there is great threat to this world resource due to expansion of commerce and to keep up with the needs of the growing population.What should be done to stop this and conserve them?
Flora and fauna of the forest are greatly effected by the grazing cattle as these animals destroy many endemic palants and also bring in new plants by introducing seeds that do not belong to that place through the dung.
The biodiversity of the forests and the ecosystems can be maintained by Division of Forest Pest Management by protecting forestland from insects, diseases, and other factors affecting forest health.
Forest fire protection division should take all steps to control forest fires at the earliesyt and save hundreds of species and plants.
