How can we sleep well
If you get a plenty of sleep, then you can study well. Many people have bad habits. They like playing computer games or watching TV until midnight. Then they sleep very late and they maybe only sleep for 5~6 hours. The next day, they will feel very tired, so get a plenty of sleep is a good habit for our study and our life.
