Taste has a major impact on the food that we eat today.People enjoy foods that are more tasty and forget the importance of nutrition.Fast foods such as hotdogs,chips and burgers and also creams(ie cakes and ice creams) are the foods that most people are interested in.Fast foods diets tend to be high in fat,salt and sugar-all ingredients that can increase the risk of heart attack.Tasty foods are deadly when are accumulated in large quatity.
The fats are deposited in the blood stream and blocks the blood vessels,this condition is one of the components of metabolic syndrome.Metabolic syndrome is a cluster of conditions that occur together,increasing the risk of heart diseases,stroke and diabetes.

*Obesity,especially around the waist.
*Elevated blood pressure.
*An elevated level of the blood fat called triglycerides and a low level of high-density lipoprotein (HDL)cholesterol.
*Resistance to insulin,a hormone that helps to regulates the sugar level in your blood.
Having one component of metabolic syndrome means you're more likely to have others.The more the components you have,the greater are the risk to your health.
