Hunger and knowledge
Parent eagle teaches a baby eagle how to fly.
When i was fifteen years old,i started to study the lifestyle of Sarah`s family. The family early in the morning would wake up and in front of their house waiting desperately for the sun to show up.Their children would come out of the house one by one going to school with bared feet and teared school uniform.My father would wake up and go straight to his garden where he planted tomatoes,beetroot,spinach and mealies which was behind our house.He would reap the vagetables and go to sell them in town. I was attending with Sarah in the same classroom.For me,my trip was always to go to school and coming back without a valid reason of why should i go to school.Most of the time after school i would play with Sarah,but i knew everyday six o`clock in the evening is time to write homeworks.That day after i have finished,i sat on my chair quitely.In my mind came a bunch of questions,"Why should i go to school? Why should i study? Why is it important for me to and go to another grade?"I couldn't figure out why, then i went to the sitting room.I asked my parents,then started my father saying"My child,for you to school the most important reason is to acquire skills and develop your abilities so that when you have grown enough you could be able to setisfy your needs like shelter,food and other things you want."Then i saw a serious face and he continued and said"I urge you to go to school and study hard because it is for your own benefit,don't seek money now.It is time for you to seek great qualifications and the only way to get them is seeking knowledge.In years to come people will be hired looking at their qualification because thats were your skills and talents are revealed.Always remember,you can not blame a mountain for being too high,climb to the top and come back with whatever you intended getting."Until then i kept what my have told me in my mind and heart.My mother used to teach on how to maintain my childhood and she said the most important thing is abstinance from sex.
