  • I want to know everything about Sangomas. i am going to ask my Gogo(granny) when we go to the village to visit her.

  • We all use medicines there no doubt about that, but what about those who do not have access to western/mordern
    day docters? Well they go to sangomas /treditional healers and get healing

  • Mostly Sangomas,Indigenous healers,Traditional healers,The Khoisan,Health shops use indigenous medicines.I know you can get indigenous medicines in Muti shops but I would like to know how they make these medicines and which plants and herbs they use for these medicines.Some of the medicines are used for healing illnesses and life diturbing problems.

  • Some indigenous medicines are made from plants and herbs such as Aloe, leaves and lavender.They are used by traditional healers,sangomas and healthcare people.Different medicines are used to heal people with different illnesses and problems.We can get them from sangomas or traditional healers.I'd like to know how,do the traditional healers and sangomas get the information from their ancestors about people who come to them for help.
