Team Collaboration and Team Diversity
Team Collaboration
We made our team different tasks so that we can
get our work done. Carlos and Brian were the builders that built the
windmill and sometimes they would help us work on the writing. Bianca
was the Technology Specialist. She worked on the computer posting
articles and worked on the PowerPoint and she took pictures of our
windmill. Samantha was the Journalist. She managed the blog and wrote,
posted articles, posted pictures, and created pages on the blog.
Although we each have different tasks we all write essays and help on
the PowerPoint.
Sometimes we had problems like when someone wasn’t doing their job we
worked it out by telling Mr.Wulff and he told them that if they didn’t
start working they would be off the team and after we just kept
working. Another problem we had was that when our windmill was spinning
so fast outside that it broke and we had to fix it. Our team has
overcome many challenges.
Team Diversity
Brian
Brian is Caucasian and he is also a Hispanic. His religion is
Christian. Brian was born and raised in Ventura. One of Brian’s bad
experiences is when he went camping and he pulled his brakes and he
flew forward and got a big cut on his back. Brian is a construction man
so he does lots of building.
Bianca
Bianca is Japanese and she is also Hispanic. She is a Christian. She
does not have access to an internet accessed computer at home. Bianca
is the boss of this team so she is like the team manager.
Carlos
Carlos is a Hispanic, French and a little bit of Indian. He is
Catholic. Carlos was born and raised in Ventura. His great-great
grandma and grandpa were born in Chihuahua, Mexico. One of Carlos’ bad
experiences is when he was playing football and his finger jammed into
the ball. Carlos is an excellent writer and an awesome friend.
Samantha
Samantha is Irish, Hispanic and French. Samantha is a Christian.
Samantha was born and raised in Ventura. Samantha is a non-stop worker
so that is a good addition to the team.
Team Conclusion
Our team knows the importance of the world so we are going to try to
find another reusable way of generating electricity. Our team has all
of the right people to do the best. We are all doing our best in our
high poverty school to win this competition.
