Wind vs. Fossil Fuel
There are many differences between wind energy and fossil fuel, but by far I think that Wind energy is much better than fossil fuels. I can name very many points why I think it is better too.
• Wind doesn’t cause Global Warming- When you burn fossil fuels it sends out CO2 the atmosphere which causes global warming.
• Wind Energy is renewable so it doesn’t run out- We don’t need to look for wind because it will never run out or be lost.
• Windmills aren’t very pricey- Once you get the windmills built, you don’t need to pay for them anymore so they are inexpensive.
• Windmills aren’t unsightly like oil mining pumps- Some people think that windmills don’t look nice in our country, but to me that is silly because they build big , rusted, brown, drilling platforms in the middle of the ocean. Or the oil pumps on the side of the roads.
Here are many reasons why we should have windmills help our world and it’s resources. There are many ways we can help too. We can: recycle, pick up trash, or even change our light bulbs to CFL’s. We can all start now!
