Indonesian is a big nation with large amount populations. There are hundreds million people consist of many ethnics, which have deferent languages, cultures, habits sand customs. spread out in thousands islands spread wide on large sea surface along equator. Because of its condition, it is not easy to lead this nation. It needs special person who can intergrate them in the same vision to build this nation to be a big and strong nation and to avoid it from disintegration.

The Required Leader
It needs a wise powerful, energetic, and responsible person who loves this big nation which consist of large variety ethnics with diferent cultures, diferent religions, and diferent needs. This person must be also loved by them. He/she must have a large knowledge and large insight about Indonesia with its varieties of complexity.
It is not easy for nowday to find a person like this. There were two persons who could lead this nation in good unity, there were Ir. Sukarno (1945 – 1965) and H. Moh. Suharto (1965 – 1997). They led this nation well in their diferent way, although they had any weakness in their ways of leadership but in fact they could keep Indonesia from disintergration, and there was no one could do it as well as them later. But the new comer Susilo Bambang Yudoyono (SBY) as the recent president of the Republic of Indonesia has a spectfic skill to lead Indonesian that should be estemated nowday
