  No, i don't think so.I have heard if we don't rebuild our hometown,they will not let us use its heating.Because they need to build pipelines.For this they need a lot of money.So I think your idea is impossible.

  As we all know Datang is nearest,and it can provide cheeper heating and by using it we can clean our air and improve our living condition.
