The generally accepted definition of health is “a state of complete physical, mental, and social well being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. ”The physical fitness refers to good body health, and is the result of regular exercise, proper diet and nutrition, and proper rest for physical recovery. I will help people with their health by making a campaign about good health, mentally a physical. Some examples of a healthy life are:

1. Get regular medical checkups
2. Select foods with important nutrients.
3. Drink plenty of water.
4. Begin an exercise program.
5. Get good sleep.
6. Control your weight.
I eat healthy, because I eat breakfast, lunch and eat dinner healthy.

What can I do to have a healthy body?

Health care for me is my body, my mind, and share your feelings get a long well with others. To get a healthy life I have to eat nutrition food, exercise, rest and getting enough sleep. To help others to have a healthy, exercise, not smoking, no drinking alcohol, and visit the doctor also have a good mental healthy and emotional. I should eat healthier, because I don’t eat the nutrients that I need, I do not like meat and some vegetables. Is important to be healthy for make good decision, be of good character ,share feelings and recover from hard times. The healthy food are the ones in the food pyramid, we should eat small portions of meat, poultry fish, milk, yogurt, pata and consume less beans, corn, pumpkin, pancakes, potatoes, soups, sorullitos corn, vegetables and much milk volume.

Lead a healthy life?

The way to lead a healthy life is to be in total heath, maintaining the body in good fiscal conditions, staying free of drugs, alcohol and nicotine, create good eating habits that will help you reach total health. Health for me means staying healthy in every aspect, fiscal, metal and socially. To have a healthy life we should have a good diet using the Guide of the Food Pyramid, expressing. Keeping good by gene, resting the right amount of time, visiting the doctor periodically to prevent illnesses, stay free of stress, drugs ,alcohol and nicotine .Living a healthy life is very important; we can archive one by eating on time, excirsizing regularly and sleeping our normal hours. For me healthy is a god physical condition, and maintain a good diet. I have a healthy life use have to eat nutritious food and avoid the consummation of drugs. Some examples of healthy food are grains, rice, vegetables, fruits, milk and water I eat healthy put, in occasion I eat lunch food and some food’s that aren’t so healthy. Being healthy is important because you have more energy, we can grow healthy or and we have a bigger chance of avoiding getting diabetes, heart problem and many other health conditions due to poor nourishment. I can help others advising them to cat right, exercise, visiting the doctor and staying away from bad habits. I don’t eat healthy because I don’t eat fruits, vegetables, beans or grains and there’s very few meats that I like for me being healthy is very important because I can lead a better life and last more years than average person.

To lead a healthy life you must eat well. Make exercise a part of your everyday. You should sleep well at least 8 hours each night. Have a good weight. Having medical check ups to prevent getting sick. Giving advice to others on having healthy habits for example eating well sleep 8 hours, wash hands etc. I eat healthy because I eat fruits, vegetables, milk, and meat and drink lots of water. Being healthy is important because it prevents us from getting sick.

Help other people maintenance the healthy life talking about benefit to how obtain the healthy life. Some example the healthy life are eat diet, no eat grease, eat the calories correct, exercise and dream eight hours daily’s eat healthy because eat the correct food, dream eight hours daily and make exercise. Is an important the healthy life for obtain a long life. The healthy foods are eggs, water, rice, beans, fruit, vegetables, beef and bread. I eat rice, beans ,eggs, sandwich, cornflakes and oats.

What we can do?

For me be healthy is to have the body and the mind well. For this you need a complete and healthy meal, do exercise sleep well and don’t use drugs or alcohol. We can help the people by teaching them how they can be healthy. Sometimes I eat healthy meals. But the most of the times I don’t because I eat so many junk food, I think that the importance of been healthy
Is that you will be complete well. Some of the food that is considered healthy is the vegetables, fruits, grains, fish, met, and milky food. I like the cereals, bread, take teas, lettuce, corn, grapes, orange, apples, cheese, eggs, tuna, meats and milk with chocolate that are some of the healthy meals. Also I drink so much water healthier.

What can you do to lead a healthy life

For me being healthy is heating food contains vitamins. To have a healthy life I can’t eat candies and I can’t drink so much sodas. I can help other people to have a healthy life, telling them, to eat fruits and vegetables. Some examples can be: rice, apples, broccoli, lettuce, grapes etc… I eat healthy food for me and my family. Been healthy means, eating healthy food and don’t eat food that get you much fat in your body that you can get sick and then die. Some examples of what we can eat during our day are: bread, rice, cereal, fruits, vegetables, cheese and milk. These examples of the healthy food that I eat during my day.
