Statistics

As of 2005, geothermal energy accounts for 0.3% of worldwide energy cunsumption from the twenty four countries that use it. It is also growing anually by 3%. The potential of geothermal power is extremely high compared to solar and wind energy. It has a potential of creating up to 90% of the worlds energy supply, while solar and wind energy can only produce 70%.
