The Main Office is through the main door to the right. There is a side window. The Head Executive of Hydragyrum Callisto Schools (or H.E.H.C.) has an office beyond the main desk. The Main Desk is a large carbon steel desk with a telephone and a large screen behind it. The screen is operated by the Secretary of School Communications (S.S.C.). The S.S.C. also answers the phone and files reports on the screens. The nurse is a series of machines mostly operated by nanotechnology.
The teacher’s lounges are farther down the hallway through a glass door. They have a table, a screen, and a refrigerator. The screen can be used to contact other teachers or parents and to file a report and send it to the S.S.C.
Down another hallway to the left are the Conference Rooms. They contain a table and a series of chairs. They also have a screen that can be used to look up students and review any progress and any reports filed.
The hallway floors on this level are carpeted. Beside the Teacher’s Lounge Wing is a set of escalators made of carbon steel. It is strong enough to hold 35 tons at a time. It is fifteen feet wide, or five yards. It leads to the second floor, then on to the other four. Beside this staircase is a door that leads to the High School Wings. This is across a levitating field where grass and wildflowers are supported, twenty five feet in the air. The soil and plants are seated on a carbon steel plate. Graduations are held here along with award ceremonies.
