There is an old saying,one should eat well in breakfast, eat enough in lunch and eat less in supper.SO breakfst is very important for everyone.Despite the healthful benefits, breakfast may be the meal that is most often neglected. Eating breakfast not only aids in weight management, it fuels the body to help provide energy, better concentration and problem-solving ability throughout the day.
Breakfast is important especially for students.Eating breakfast will strengthen their memery.It is good for learning.
So in this project we will discuss the importance of breakfast and design a valuable manu for breakfast.
