Future School: Our Version...
What we think it will look like.
My group and I have come up with some ideas on what the future school will look like, so here are some ideas. The school will float over the ocean. On the top and bottom of the school will be tubes leading to either the ocean or outer space. The reason for that is there will be classes dealing with Astronomy and oceanography. It gives the students a better outlook, and hands on experience.
All grades will be in the same school instead of being split up. There will be 4 grades on each floor, a cafeteria, bathrooms with showers, a gym and nursing office. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all free. They only serve dinner to the people who are staying after school for extra help. The meals given will be based on nutritional values and there will be 3 or more choices for students to choose from.
Students will be expected to get C's and above if they get lower they will have to stay after for the classes they are failing until they get a B. Most people will think this is crazy but it’s for the students own good. The student chooses their classes so they should be doing well in them all. Once the student gets to 9th grade there are programs to help them choose what job they would like to pursue.
The roof of the school will be where the students do sports such as basketball, tennis, baseball, soccer, football and swimming. There’s a protective shield around the whole school so no accidents happen, like a student falling over the side.
Students arrive on an airplane; the loading dock is to the right of the school. The airplane will be eco-friendly and there will be only 4 airplanes to pick everyone up. Bus drivers all have airplane license and they have to be certified by the school and air force for the students’ protection. The airplane ride will not be a quick one, so all the students will receive breakfast on there way to school.
