Book review of Honeycomb

The title of the book is “Honeycomb” which is published by NCERT. It costs 30 Rs and we can get it very easily from the market.

The most interesting story is “The Ashes that Made Trees Bloom” which is written by William Elliot Griffis and the moral lesson of this story is that we should not be greedy. There is also a comic strip in the book which is “Gopal and the Hilsa fish “
which is written by R.B Heath.The best poem in the book is “ Dad and the Cat and the Tree” which is written by Kit Wright.

After every chapter there are many exercises like “Comprehension Check”, Speaking and Writing” etc. Some of the exercises of the book is very interesting.

The cover of the book is very nice. The quality of the pages is very nice and the print is also good if we buy the original NCERT book. The binding of the book is not very good.

The chapter “The Story of Cricket” is related to games and
sports and “Fire: Friend and Foe is related to science.
