My health plan

  • Monday morning program

    In the morning, 6:30 to get up, and then wash mouthwash, and then to the school playground four lap run along the runway. After the exercise ,readind book, and then . After another five minutes .Eat some healthy food for breakfast,after the break to go to school.

  • Monday noon program

    At noon, a number of health foods to eat breakfast, but want to eat. After dinner, slept for 30 minutes, and then go to school.

  • Monday night plans

    Evening, to complete the operation, and then mouthwash bath, drink a glass of water, and to go to bed before 21:00.

  • Tuesday and Friday morning program

    Morning I get up 6:00, and then wash mouthwash, then schools and students to go running together, and then proceed to reading, and then eat breakfast.

  • At noon on Tuesday and Friday plans

    At noon, after school,I go home for lunch, and then, like Monday, a 30-minute nap, then go to school.

  • Tuesday and Friday night plans

    The evening, do not stay outside, go home immediately. Complete the work after taking a bath mouthwash and drinking a glass of water, and then go to bed and sleep in until 9:40.

  • Weekend morning program

    The morning on weekends, 7:00 to get up, and then running to the school playground, and then go home wash mouthwash, and finally breakfast. 8:00-11:00 homework in ,11:00-12: 00 watch television.

  • Plan over the weekend at noon

    12:00-12:40eating lunch ,12:50-14: 00 sleeping too ,14:00-15: 00 doing homework , and then two hours of computer.

  • Night weekend plans

    5:10-6:00 eating dinner ,6:00-6: 30 to the garden walk, and then go home watch TV. 19:30-20:30 homework in, and then go to bed.
