There are some reasons and factors about the weakness of a leader

• Weakness on an ideological ability on the common side which a leader don’t want to cover this and solve their follower weakness or sometimes able on ideological side but weak on another side.

• Weakness on ability to behaving like an organization expert.


Wrong point on leadership:

• Not conformism clearly

• Minus organize

• Not anticipate quickly

• Not react quickly
