What a leader musn't have :

• A lazy leader ( a subordinate that like a robot which easily to command)

• Leader’s psychology ( mental disturbance, low brain capability, etc)

• A leader that couldn’t face reality, think in one way, walk on a rope, don’t worry when fall down arrogantly

• A leader that afraid on reality

• A great arrogant that become a main point

• Want to worship, respectful greeting, to be grand

• Mental and psychology disorders
