The characteristics of the leader
The characteristics of the leader are:
• Smart
The definition of smart is could analyze situation and have some creative idea when some problem come.
• Vision Oriented
A leader must has a vision, because that like a dream that we must get and as a leader, he must make all his follower get that vision together.
• Team Work
If we become a leader, we must lead something. Team work isn’t easy because it is a challenge that you must work with a person with different character and habit that we don’t really like.
• Self Driven
Self driven means that everything must begin from our self, or called as Leading by Example. That means if we say something, we must start with no pressure.
• Open Minded
If we want to be a good leader, we must respect every different opinion and people way of think. If we want to be a leader, we also could keep our communication in say every idea and our point to the others.
