6. Good charisma and personality
Charisma is the main part of a leader’s personality. It comes from a leader character, not be given by other people. By his charisma, a leader can attract the community easily.
7. Optimistic
A leader should be optimistic. Why? Because it will make the members are optimistic too. The Optimistic make the community can reach their dreams.
8. Give a movement
A leader must make the members do their job, discuss about the job, and be a pioneer to start something. All of this will make a movement to the community.
9. Creative and innovative
A leader must be creative and innovative. So, he find many new thing which are more effective and efficient, mainly when he do the job and solve a problem.
10. Reliable and Responsible
As a person who can make the others feel confident, a leader must be reliable and responsible. This character will be shown by know the leadership of the leader, like his job quality and the way of solving problem. If the leader is reliable and responsible, he will be respected and trusted by his members.
