What I have learned during my report about how teamwork affects every individual and sport is the fact that nearly every single successful team in sports is based on the team effort and the work they contribute into the game. During my research I also found out that the most important role in "Teamwork"is the fact that leadership is probably and will always be the most important role in teamwork.Leadership I say is the most important role in teamwork because if I for example; was on a team and I wanted to know what to do in order to score a point I would turn to the person (leader) and he would tell me the plan. To put it simply, The leader should be the one helping out his/her teammates when they need help and to order (Not so bossily) his/her team to follow up on the plan or strategy. Teamwork is also based on the members of the sports or activities team itself. Not only does the leader help the team out, it is also the job of the players or members of the team to help support win the game whether your just a bench-warmer or part of the team you will always be a winner in the heart. The motivation of the members and the players is like fire, but can be easily extinguished if one player chooses to do so, by being the self-absorbed selfish player. So, Basically Teamwork is a must in all sports to succeed and it is never to late to start getting into the game, for you never know what might happen if your team just all of a sudden starts sharing and be kind to each other, the results will just astonish you and leave you with a smile on your face after every game. This is what I learned during my experiment/studying, for teamwork.
