Exercise
Exercise-Report
Exercise has many benefits! Here are a few of those benefits...
It lowers blood pressure, and cholesterol, it improves circulation, and strengthens the immune system. If you get bored of doing the same exercise day after day, you should switch your schedule up a little. Like, you should do yoga one day, and the other day you should run a mile, or take a walk to a friend's house instead of doing yoga again for another day. Exercise benefits the young, the old, and everyone in between! Scientists show that students who exercise will be able to raise their test scores, and exercise, for the elderly, will keep them nice and healthy. When you exercise you gain red blood cells which in turn increases the amount of oxygen sent to your muscles. Experts show that people who exercise tend to sleep better than those who don't exercise at all, and the people who exercise will have more energy than the people who don't exercise. Also, exercise stalls the deterioration of muscles. As you grow old, the size and strength of your muscles decrease about 1% each year. When this decrease starts depends on your activity level. If you don't exercise this decrease starts to begin in your early thirties, but if you exercise then this decrease begins in your sixties! Such a big difference! Studies also show that exercise reduces depression, anger, anxiety, fatigue, and confusion. In Vietnam people barely ride around in fancy cars, or any cars in fact. They usually ride bikes, which are way healthier than cars, or any other automobile. Biking is considered exercise and is the main way to move around in Vietnam. Exercising for kids is quite easy and fun. Kids, when they get active, is already considered exercise, such as when they play a game of kickball in the park, or doing something simple as reaching down to touch your toes is considered exercise. For kids, I recommend anything that is both fun, and healthy, such as sports. For exercise benefits, most exercises begin to get it at 30 minutes.
