Living healthy can be an easy thing if you have patience. The first thing you should do is eat breakfast. Eating breakfast will help improve your study habits and also help through the day. Take a jog in the morning and exercise for about 30 mins or more everyday. Take vitamins if you would like because it is good for your nutrition diet and help you lead to a better life.
How you eat will effect your diet too. Eating healthy is very important because if you go out eating unhealthy food everyday then you might end up with diabetes. Try eating low fat nutrition food and more grains,such as bread, cereal, crackers, and granola bars. Try drinking about 8 cups of water a day, and milk is good for you too. Eating 6 small meals a day instead of 3 big meals a day can help with your digestion. Most of the time eating small meals can help with big problems. Making sure you have time to exercise is very important.
