Check the nutrition facts before buying the product.Eating too much junk food can also make you sick. It can make you get high blood pressure, get diabetes, and can cause kidney problems. The fat and sugar in junk food is hard for the kidney to process, which may stop the kidney from working. Next time you are about to eat a snack, try getting something healthy. When you read the nutrition facts, check for the amount of fat, calories, carbs , saturated fat, trans fat, and sugar. Also check for the good stuff like proteins and minerals. Homemade food is healthier than outside food because you can decide what ingredients you can add into a recipe. You can control the amount of sugar you add. You can also put low fat ingredients. You can make it carbohydrate free.
