Our action range was wider
After the preceding stage's activity. More teachers students have the strong interest to the salt and Salt lake, specially in our class, every day some students ask me many questions , such as “Could the salt flower be eaten ?” “Is Lapis Lazuli specially attractive？”. I told teacher these matters, teacher asked us to have a discuss and collect some material. Then the partners went into action. Group leader has assigned the work for us, Min looks for the material, I am responsible for the reorganization processing, and Jian typesets printing, we send these material to teacher＇s and student' hand. When I saw teachers and students reading these publicities carefully , I am extremely happy. It is really the incomparable joy to let more people know the knowledge they usually did not know through our endeavor.

Exploitation of salt lake resources
The salt lake resources are mainly refer to solid mineral raw materials and the liquid bittern resources , such as rock salt、Mirabilite 、Trona、Gypsum、Lapis Lazuli and all kinds of borate.
In the bittern includes the massive Scattered elements, like lithium, boron, strontium, rubidium, cesium, bromine, tungsten and so on. Salt resides in the important position in human lives, each product of salts resources in these departments, such as light industry, agriculture, chemical industry, metallurgy, electron, building materials, spinning and weaving, was wideiy used. The table salt is the essential material in people’s lives, it is also the important raw material for industry, the mirabilite is important raw material for detergent, papermaking, vitro ceram, leather making, spinning and weavings. Trona resource of salt lake becomes one of the main mineral resources of producing Baking Soda, Caustic Soda, Soda Ash. The nitrogen, the phosphorus, the potassium are the three main nutritive elements of plant growth , they may make the potassium fertilizer to use in the agricultural production after the allocated proportion. The Lithium is the important rare element, the lithium salt product are used in the medicine, the lubricant, the welding material, the special steel and aluminium metallurgy industry .The potassium nitrate is used in the fireworks, the gunpowder,and the glass case, the optical glass and the ceramic.etc. in the industry, used in the tobacco, the upscale vegetables and the fruit .etc. in the field of agriculture. The sulfuric acid potassium magnesium fertilizer is suitable for the industrial crop ,such as vegetables, the fruit tree, the tea and the flowers and plants and so on, not only as base fertilizer, topdressing, but also spurting on surface of leaves to promote crop output. The potassium carbonate is mainly used in making screen glass of the television and the computer. At present, the sylvite is still one of scarce mineral resources in China.
