Introduction
How I wish I am a Leader!
Have you ever dreamed of being a leader of your country or your own organization? Me? I have also dreamed of the same thing! I dream of being a leader of my own organization of music lovers, people against racism and advocates for the saving of Mother Earth. But I did not only dream, I made it real. I became the vice-president of the class and I imposed cleanliness rules in our classroom. In this way, it’s like I’ve became a leader of an organization that aims to save Mother Earth through cleanliness that starts from each classroom. Cool right?
Who is the leader you admire?
Do you admire a leader? Who is he? What kind of leader is he? When I became a leader in a small group like a class, I tried to portray someone that had led before. He is Bayani Fernando, the former mayor of our community, Marikina city. He is now the chairman of the Metro Manila Development Authority, a sector of the government that aims to create a community that is clean, peaceful and really a place for living .

A Leader for Cleanliness and Orderliness
Before, our community, Marikina was a 'dumpsite'. There are so many squatters and wastages, so many lands were not cultivated, many crimes happened and the community is not well developed. But when Bayani Fernando was elected last 1992, the city was totally changed. He imposed ordinances that made the city clean and green just like "Basura Mo, Ibulsa Mo" which is about keeping your mess in the pocket especially when it is just small (e.g. candy wrappers). Because even how small it is, it contributes a lot to the waste of the world if you just throw it any where. He also ordained that the squatters living beside the river must be demolished and relocated to other place. Due these actions, the city grew up fast and strong. He is an advocate of a clean environment. He is a figure of strong and respected person that's why I admire him.
