Have you learnt how to eat fruits healthily?
During studying our project,I've learnt how to eat fruits healthily.How about you? Did you eat fruit healthily before?.If not,correct your wrong way to eat fruits,and make a suitable list of fruits every day for yourselves.
I used to eat fruits without meals.Now I know the best time to eat fruit is 2 hours later after meals or one hour before. So I won't do that again.And I won't eat too many fruits because I'm a little heavy.Two kinds of fruit will be enough for me. And we should eat 2-3 servings of fruit.
My fruits a day: watermelon, an apple,an orange, a pear and some grapes.Oh, still too much.Fruit is really delicious!
