A report about eating fruits healthily
I've learnt how to eat fruits healthily in our project.It'll lead us a healthy and happy life. And I make a list of ways to eat fruits according to what we've dicussed in our project.
How to Eat Fruits Healthily?
1.Eat fresh fruits.
2.Eat seasonal fruits.
3.Eat all kinds of fruits.
4.Eat right amount of fruits.
5. We should eat at least two portions of fruit.
6. We should eat fruit two hours later after meals or one hour
7. Some fruits should not be eaten before meals
cane,lychee and so on because some special ingredients in
fruit can make something wrong with our stomach.
8. We should eat fruits without peel. And when eating, fruits
should be cleaned after peeling.
9. Different people have different physicals.So we can not have
the same kind of fruit.
10.The sick people cannot eat sour food which contains much
oil, and cold fruit like watermelons and ice-off juice.
11. We should eat about 500g of fruits a day.
we should eat 2-3 servings of fruit.
12. Anemic patients should eat more grapes.
13. Heavy people should eat fewer watermelons.
14. Children should eat red and yellow fruits.
15. Old people should eat nuts.
16. Spring:People eat pears best.
17. Summer:People eat watermelons best.
18. Fall: People eat pears best.
19. Winter:People eat apples,oranges, bananas and pears best.

During studying our project,I've learnt how to eat fruits healthily.How about you? Did you eat fruit healthily before?.If not,correct your wrong way to eat fruits,and make a suitable list of fruits every day for yourselves.
I usually ate only apples before,I think they are delicious.And now ,I know I should not eat only apples but also other fruits such as oranges,grapes,peaches and so on because the fruits contain a lot of vitamins,they are good for our health.So I should eat one orange,one apple or a banana or other fruits ,and of course my favorit fruit-cherries every day.I will eat different kinds of fruits,how nice!

Through the activity ,I know the right time to eat fruit is is 2 hours later after meals or one hour before.And we should eat fruit every day. But I used to eat too much every day. Now I know it is bad for my health.So I will eat the right amount of fruit every day to keep healthy.
My daily fruit: an apple,an orange,some watermelon and pineapple.

I used to eat only a kind of fruit,and now, I know that eating different kinds of fruits is good for our herlth. In addition, I used to eat fruits immediately after dinner. But I know the best time to eat fruit is 2 hours after a meal, I will give up this bad habit.
My fruits a day: an apple, an orange, a banana and some watermelon. I'll learn to make fruit salad for my family.How delicious!I just want to eat it now.
